Rising Star 2019
our story
The Social Brand was initially started under a different name in January 2018 by Victory Harbin, as a side hustle. She was passionate about using creativity to help others and marketing was her outlet. The only services we offered in the beginning were social media management and photo/video services.
After a year of operating under a different name, The Social Brand was born in January 2019. It was clear that by this time, it was no longer a side hustle. We expanded our services into web design and other design services at this time. We opened our first office on Kingston Pike in Knoxville, TN and had the best grand opening!
When COVID hit, The Social Brand was blessed enough to be able to assist many other small business owners make the transition to a more digital world with websites, social media and other services. We offered free classes through the Tennessee Small Business Development Center and experienced rapid growth.
Over the years, The Social Brand has grown through word of mouth and referrals from the amazing community we've been a part of. We consider ourselves blessed to be surrounded by a supportive community that builds up small businesses and we do our best to add to that community by serving our clients in the same spirit.
Now with a team of 9 extremely talented creatives, we provide holistic marketing services to service-based organizations and love what we do.

Victory Harbin, Founder + CEO of The Social Brand, is a marketing strategist who helps small businesses reach their goals with strategy-led marketing. Ultimately, she believes that marketing is all about relationships and connecting humans and that's why she's so passionate about what she does.
In the past five years, she has been asked to speak on marketing at several Small Business Development Centers, chambers of commerce, conferences, and entrepreneur centers.
She holds over 30 certifications in marketing in topics from social media management, SEO, marketing strategy, website development, and more. She also holds a degree from King University.
When Victory isn't working, she can be found playing with her dog, Willow, enjoying time on the water with friends, or gardening in her awesome vegetable garden with friends.
